April Round Up!
After an incredibly busy March, with a packed calendar of workshops, groups and trips, (plus launching two new services for Dads!), April was a bit quieter for the Dads Rock team, who all enjoyed some well deserved time off over the Easter break.
Dads Rock April activities
We still ran a number of in person and online workshops for parents, with our Dads Antenatal and Hairstyle workshops in Edinburgh proving particularly popular. If you would like to attend any of our FREE parenting workshops, check out our calendar to see what we're running in May.
On 23rd & 24th April we had our Dads Trip to LOVE Gorgie Farm, where we enjoyed seeing the animals, playing in the big tractor and having lots of fun in the playpark. The highlight was getting to make some furry friends in the cuddle corner!

Gavin was one of 10,000 Kiltwalk Heroes who took part in the Glasgow Kiltwalk to raise vital funds for their chosen charities. Father's Day Family Takeover
Our Father's Day Family Takeover is now open for registration! We're excited to be back at Tynecastle Stadium on Sunday 19th June 10am-1pm. Join us for some free family fun with Dads Rock and friends and help us celebrate Father's Day and an amazing 10 years of Dads Rock! We'll have Balloon Modelling, Batman, Bookbug, Dancing, Engineering, Face Painting, Football, Music, PlayTalkRead, Story Telling and more to be announced!

Coming Up in May
Following our Dads Trip to LOVE Gorgie Farm on Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th April, we'll have another Dads Trip near the end of May. Keep an eye on our social media and calendar for info!
Our Thomas is once again taking part in the Edinburgh Marathon Festival on 29th May! This time he's taking on the Half Marathon to raise money for Dads Rock.
