John joined our board in March 2024 . He has been working in the Recruitment industry for almost 20 years across multiple sectors globally. He’s also a Dad of one.

Laura joined our board in March 2024. She’s an employment lawyer and mum of two boys.

Anna has been on our board since 2022. She is a chief executive in the third sector, and has worked on children and young people’s policy in local government and Scottish Government.

Damien has been on our Board since 2022 and served as Treasurer until 2026. He works in Finance (Private Sector), is married with 2 teenage children and spent many years as a kids golf and football coach.

Laura has been on our board since 2021, she is Director of Partnerships and Resources (Third Sector) and a Mum of two.

Bryan joined our board in March 2026. He's a dad of three boys and works in technology, advising IT leaders across a range of organisations on how to get the most from modern engineering practices.

Mark has been on our board since September 2023. He is a solicitor, part time sheriff and tribunal judge.

Gregor has been on our board since 2021. He is a communications and marketing professional with 20 years experience across the public and third sector. He’s also a Dad of one.
