Thomas co-founded Dads Rock, with another Dad, David Marshall in 2012. He is our senior employee. He wants to help make Scotland the best place to be a Dad. He’s married with two boys and loves comics, adventures, music and the sea!

Lisa has been with us since 2018, she has many years experience of fundraising. She is married and has a daughter, and Lisa is also a volunteer at Edinburgh Zoo!

Greg has been with us since 2019. He works alongside our Young Dads, delivers our playgroups and workshops. He is married with two daughters and loves D&D!

Ryan has been with us since 2023. He is on of our Dads Workers in North Ayrshire. Ryan is married with 2 children and loves any excuse to be outside or in the water. He's a big lover of lots of different types of music, the louder the better!

Billy joined us in 2024 as our second dads worker in North Ayrshire. He has been supporting families with skills development and coaching and likes to travel.

Andy has been with us since 2025 as our Glasgow Dads Worker. He has one daughter, one Dutch partner, two black cats and is the most likely of the Dads Rock team to be found with an Aeropress when travelling!

Rachel has been with us since 2025. She is one of our Dads Workers in Edinburgh, looking after our national Peer Support service. Before joining Dads Rock she was a Primary School and Nursery teacher, who loved to bring the learning outdoors! Rachel also loves building LEGO models!

Meta has joined us on a 6 month placement as a part of her marketing degree at Edinburgh Napier University. When she is not studying Meta enjoys baking and watching horror movies.
