What’s on for Dads in January?
Happy New Year!
Following on from all the December festivities we’re back and raring to bring you more in 2024! We’ve been making our resolutions and hope to support even more Dads and families this year.
We've spoken with quite a few Dads recently to support them with their mental health. This time of year can be tough and sometimes low mood can sneak up on us. Please know that you are not alone, and that we and others are here to help. Our PS Dads Rock service matches new dads with trained volunteers for support; joining our WhatsApp group could help you feel less alone; you can also talk to us direct or come to one of our groups or trips.
