September Round Up!

Congratulations to all our amazing Dads Rock ‘n’ Strollers!

We were really excited to hold our first Dads Rock ‘n’ Stroll 5k walk in The Meadows on Sunday 26th September. It was a fantastic morning and we’re delighted to say that #TeamDadsRock have smashed it once again, raising over £1,500 to support Dads Rock! You can read more about it here. The Dads Rock team enjoyed a few outings in September. First up was a special Community Champions preview tour of the newest Edinburgh tourist attraction, Johnnie Walker Princes Street, which you can read all about here. Next up was an invite to the launch of the new Indoor Activity Centre at Conifox Adventure Park, which was a big hit with the kids! You can read more here.

September also saw some great press coverage of Dads Rock, with our Dads Rock ‘n’ Stroll appearing in Third Force News, our Dads Buggy Walks getting coverage in Edinburgh Live and a story about one of our Dads Rock Academy families featuring in Edinburgh Live! 

Our first in person training in ages is taking place in Gorgie tonight! (Thursday 30th September) Come along to a face to face First Aid workshop specifically for Dads and men.
