#TeamDadsRock - Dads Rock ‘n’ Stroll 2021

We were really excited to hold our first Dads Rock ‘n’ Stroll 5k family friendly fundraising walk in The Meadows on Sunday. It was a fantastic morning and we’re delighted that say that #TeamDadsRock have smashed it once again!

Thanks to our wonderful team of walkers and their fantastic donors, we’ve raised over £1,500 to help improve outcomes for children by inspiring Dads and families. A massive well done and thank you to everyone who took part and for their brilliant fundraising efforts!

One of our walkers, Tim, had a few words to say about why he took part in our Dads Rock ‘n’ Stroll event:

“It’s a great opportunity not just to help Dads Rock raise funds so it can continue on its work on a stable financial footing but also to raise the profile of Dads Rock and what they do.”

“The organisation is an enormous asset and ensuring it can survive and thrive is really important to me, for my own benefit and for the hundreds of families they’ve worked with. It would be even better if it could grow further so more dads across Edinburgh could benefit from their work and make the social connections that’ll ultimately make us all better parents.”
