Dads Rock Father’s Day Family Takeover
This Father’s Day we held our ‘Fathers Day Family Takeover’ event at Tynecastle Park! We had nearly 2000 people signed up to come on the day. Thank you to everyone who came along for some fun. We had a huge variety of activities and things to do there, here’s some of what everyone got up to. If you came, we would love your feedback on the day click here!
Monkey Music was hugely popular with the kids, even the parents joined in!
The kids even enjoyed a bit of light yoga, with some parental assistance of course. Thanks to Tatty Bumpkin Yoga
Plenty of painted faces were running around enjoying everything on offer. Thanks to Pure Brilliant Events.
The dads were more than happy to get stuck in at our lego tables.
Bookbug came along to read some lovely stories to our families. Thanks to the Scottish Book Trust for coming.
The awesome Play Talk Read bus was on the scene.
We had plenty of outdoor activities on the community pitch such as music with Dads Rock Academy and Bambino Beats, and a story and song session with Dads Rock.
Naturally we had to have some football for the families to get stuck into!
Please do give us your feedback on the event: Feedback
